Our vision is to have an implemented, statewide reentry plan for a safer, more connected Delaware, where the human rights and needs of our incarcerated citizens are met, victims' rights are honored, taxpayer concerns are respected and the spiraling costs of ineffective incarcerations are reduced.

We are an established 501(c)(3) non-profit, working to assist the incarcerated population as they return to the community. We are a member driven organization. Members may be individuals or agencies who are interested in advancing the reentry community. Members do not have to be directly related to the Criminal Justice/ Reentry field.

While we provide no direct service to the incarcerated population, we do provide resource assistance to agencies performing the direct service work. In addition to providing resources we also represent a statewide voice for reentry, advocating for the rights and needs of our incarcerated citizens.

DRC Member Meetings are open to all ( your first three visits are free; meetings thereafter we encourage purchasing DRC membership - see our fee schedule). We meet the first Thursday of each month at the Community Services Building from Noon to 1:30pm. Monthly meetings feature a keynote speaker, as well as various topics addressing current Reentry Issues.

Our meetings are hosted at the Community Services Building: 100 West 10th St. Room TBA. Our offices are located in Suite 614.

We exist to represent as a unified voice reentry statewide and support our member agencies.
