The reality is that 90% of ex-offenders in our communities will reenter society. Ex-offenders, are people just like you and I, that need some hope and guidance when they are released. DRC supports research that suggests if the previously incarcerated are not appropriately and adequately reached out to and assisted, the likelihood of re-offending is almost guaranteed.
